Haxial User Group (HUG) is an organization with a mission to provide various benefits, assistance, information and education to its members, who are users of Haxial products such as KDX. HUG also aims to support the global community of Haxial users, and to encourage Haxial users to socialize and create friendships with each other.

HUG is currently in Beta Testing. This means we have not finished creating it, but you are welcome to test it. Please send us your comments and suggestions for HUG.

• KDX Server -- Members Only access to the ONLY official Haxial KDX server for KDX users, where you can meet and chat with other users, help your friends, get help from KDX experts and more experienced users, contact missing friends, find lost communities (or servers), etc.
  
  
• Web Forum -- A web forum, where you ask questions and discuss various topics of interest, and get the latest scoop on KDX and Haxial software updates and releases.
  
  
• Voting Booth -- Exclusive voting booth privileges, only available to HUG members, to vote for what features you want added to a Haxial product. This allows you to influence how a Haxial product will develop.
  
  
• Chat Events -- Members Only access to chat events with Haxial staff.
  
  
• Real-life Meetings -- Offers to to attend real-life meetings of Haxial users around the world. To be based on member demand, real-life meetings will be arranged and organized by HUG staff for members to come together in a social atmosphere, get to know each other personally, and to receive HUG awards. Meeting dates and places will be determined by user participation and demand.
  
  
• Advance downloads -- The opportunity to download the most recent Haxial Software releases before the general public.
  
  
• Help -- Ask Haxial staff or expert users for help with problems.
  
  
• Special Offers -- Special offers and promotions not available to the general public.
  
  
• Discounts -- Member discounts on Haxial products.
  
  
• Tutorials -- Special tutorials for new users on setting up KDX and Haxial Software products.
  
  
• Tips & Tricks -- Special tips & tricks, offering some advance "secret" goodies, and little-known KDX features.
  
  
• Newsletter -- Receive the official HUG newsletter to keep you up to date on new releases, HUG activities, new benefits, special offers and more.
  
  
• Merchandise -- The option to buy Haxial merchandise such as T-shirts, hats, etc.
